Combined with our Rohnert Park brewpub, our solar system size is 150 kW. Fremont hoists the grizzly-bear flag of the California Republic as California settlers declare themselves independent of Mexico during the Bear Flag Revolt in Sonoma, California, on June 10, 1846. In addition to the energy captured and created by the (EcoVolt) wastewater treatment, we teamed up with North State Solar and installed the first American Pride solar array. Americans were for a long time an active presence in California, beginning with men engaged in the sea otter trade in the early 19th century. This system creates high quality methane and provides 25% of our hot water heating and close to 50% of our electrical needs, the system will also help us reuse up to 25% of the water for cleaning and wash down. After extensive pilot testing on site, we have installed the world’s first bioelectrically enhanced wastewater pretreatment plant. We also ensure buyers of the best quality product, exactly to spec, when they need it. Our custom pack platform enables us to advocate for the grower, with the belief that quality matters. We have worked diligently to achieve a 3.5 to 1 water usage ratio to beer produced in our drought stressed region. Bear Republic nut was created by local growers to fill a gap in the supply chain of almonds and walnuts.
A typical brewery will use 7 gallons of water to make 1 gallon of beer. We also take huge pride in the water conservation process.
